Thinking about the hard things we go through, and how sometimes they can actually end up helping others. This happens to me a lot as a nurse, people telling me their stories, and then I tell them mine. Stories can heal, I’m convinced, and the act of telling them to someone, a friend or even a stranger, can often work miracles.
