Winter is trying to have one last laugh, it seems. Fortunately here-unlike in some other parts of the country-it’s more of a chuckle. Though more snow is on the way today, those April showers will be following hot on its heels.

I woke yesterday to find this leaden sky streaked with sun making lovely shadows everywhere. For someone who loves photography, days like that are a dream. The light, the colors, everything becomes amplified. Finding pictures is easy then. It’s stopping taking them that gets hard.
